• Develop and design the soft skills training modules from scratch
• Conduct effective training sessions using variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concept and learning tools
• Assess effectiveness of the training conducted and ensure incorporation of taught skills into employee’s work behavior
• work with training materials built i in-house trainers and also conduct training of trainers
• Support a learning environment with advance preparation, constructive feedback and response to learner needs
Basic Requirement :
• Professional Soft Skills Training qualification and experience
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skill-both in English and Nepali
• Highly energetic, enthusiastic and motivational training style
• Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills
• Flexible and Reliable-Displaying great ownership in all aspects
• Possession of Relevant Training Certifications will be an added advantage
