Deva Bikas Bank Ltd., a National level “B” Class Financial Institution is looking for qualified, dynamic, passionate & career oriented candidates to join us in various position as given below:

1. Position : Head – Information Technology

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferred Master degree in Information Technology/ Engineering in Computer & Computer Application from reputed University.

Experience :

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including 3 yrs experience in Banking.
• Knowledge of Networking and Security, Database Administration, System Administration, Software Development Life cycle, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Governance, Data Migration.

Other Requirements :

• Age not below 21 years.
•  Candidates should have sound managerial skills, able to lead IT Department, Strategy formation & implementation and should be well versed with NRB IT regulations and guidelines.

2. Position : Head – Micro Credit Unit

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferred Master degree in Management or Master degree in Economics/Rural Development/Public Administration)
Experience :

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution with at least 5 years in Supervisory level. Preference shall be given to those candidates with prior experience in Microfinance Institution.

Other Requirements :

• Age not below 21 years
•  Candidates should have leadership skill, knowledge of Strategy formation & implementation and Department establishment etc.
• Must be proficient in writing/typing English and Nepali/ must have 2 wheeler license.
