Karuna Foundation Nepal, a non-governmental organization working on maternal child health and disability issues, invites application from interested candidates for the following position:

Position: Officer-Human Resource, Training and Leadership Development (Level: E3)-1, Kathmandu based

Responsibility: Lead human resource functions i.e. recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling
Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management/ Business Studies or related subject
• At least 2 years’ experience in human resource management and capacity building in development organization
