Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Number of Vacancy(ies): 1
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree with some accounting background
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position
Contract of Employment: Full-time
Working Hours: Mon.-Fri., 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with 30 minute lunch break

Skills and Knowledge:
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• Basic social media knowledge
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently and take initiative as and when required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming calls and handle visitors
• Supervise support staff, drivers, and janitors

• Lead all GIS related activities required by the programme
• Establish an efficient GIS system for the collection of available data, creation of new data, their analysis and presentation in appropriate formats
• Organize collected and processed data and store in appropriate and safe locations for current and future phases of the project
• Travel, if and when required, and train data collectors using data collection devices in appropriate formats for GIS mapping purposes
• Ensure all project operations are timely and efficient and adhere to donor requirements
• Assist Team Leader in ensuring coordination with all relevant agencies and government bodies to obtain necessary permits timely and undertake necessary action for project implementation and reporting.
